1. Service Agreement

By booking a ride with, Snoqualmie Valley Private Car Service you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our service is intended for personal transportation within designated service areas.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

Booking: All rides must be booked in advance through our website, or by phone.

Cancellations and/or No Shows: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a fee. Cancellations and No Shows within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in a 50% charge of the ride fee. The charge will incur with the credit card on file.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the end of the service. We will hold a credit card on file but will not charge the card unless directed by the customer. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.

All fares are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. Gratuities are at the discretion of the passenger.

 4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner. Any conduct deemed inappropriate may result in immediate termination of the ride and a ban from future bookings.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, illegal behavior or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

5. Liability

Snoqualmie Valley Private Car Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control. We try at the best of our ability to get the customer to their destination in a timely manner.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the ride.
